Happy Friday everyone! It’s that time of the week again, which means it’s time to talk about some of what’s going on in New York this weekend!
Bronx Summer Walks on 167th Street
On Saturday, from noon-4 p.m. in the Bronx, get your and your pup up to East 167th Street in the Bronx. With live music, delicious food, and activities for the entire family, there’s no excuse to not get out to the Bronx and enjoy this street fair. For more information, visit the NYC.gov Weekend Walks site.
Fetch Bar & Grill
Head on over to 1649 Third Avenue for a meal at Fetch Bar & Grill. Not only will you enjoy an amazing meal and get to see photos of adoptable dogs posted all over the restaurant walls, but you and your dog can sit outside and enjoy each other’s company and meet some new friends. For more information about the mission of Fetch Bar & Grill, or to see the menu, check them out online.
Turtle Bay Festival
If you’re looking to experience a street fair but want to stay in Manhattan, check out the annual Turtle Bay Festival, which takes place on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Lexington Avenue between 42nd and 54th Street. With vendors selling food, jewelry, art, clothing, and more, it’s definitely worth grabbing your dog and heading on over there together.
Whatever you decide to do, enjoy your free time and spend it wisely (we definitely recommend spending it with your dog)! Have a great weekend!
